Sundar Pichai

Sundar PichaiPichai Sundararajan better known as Sundar Picha, is an Indian-American business executive. He is the chief executive officers (CEOs) of Alphabet Inc., its subsidiary Google, and was born in Madurai in India.[4Pichai earned his diploma in metallurgical engineering from IIT Kharagpur. After moving to the United States, he attained an M.S. He graduated with a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He also completed an MBA from Wharton School of Pennsylvania. After a brief time at McKinsey and Co. as a management consultant, Pichai was employed by Google in 2004 to head the innovation and management of products for various Google's client products. These included ChromeOS as well as ChromeOS. He also was the manager of Google Drive. He also oversees the creation of Google Maps and Gmail. In 2010, Pichai also made public the open-sourcing announcement of the new video codec VP8 developed by Google and unveiled the new format for video, WebM. 2012 saw the release of Chromebook. Pichai also added Android to the Google products he managed in 2013.
